Job Description:
Under the guidance of the supervisor of Customer Relations, the Customer Relations Assistant will be in a supportive role for the department. The candidate will assist the department in three critical ways. First, they will take responsibility for the day-to-day mail incoming and outgoing and maintain and track bus schedule inventory. Second, they will assist with proofreading and reassigning customer reports in the customer relations software (CRM). Lastly, the candidate will create and publish reports in the CRM which will assist with closing out customer complaints. Other duties may be assigned during the durations of the internship.
Qualifications:
The selected candidate must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be enrolled in college. The pursuit of a specific degree is not required. The selected candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and have excellent verbal/written communication skills. This position is part-time (temporary) in-office position.
