Job Description:
Intern will assist QA team with maintenance of project documentation, provide administrative support as needed, gathering information relevant to cases in CSM (Customer Service Management System) and participating in training sessions/workshops to develop customer service, investigating and writing skills.
Qualifications:
It's important for intern to be detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate with team members. Eager to learn and contribute to the success of the project. Must have a high school diploma or a current college student.
