How can I arrange for ADA Paratransit service?
The first step is getting certified by RTA.
If you're already certified, the next step is to reserve a trip. Your reservation needs to be made the day before you want to travel, and can only be done by telephone. To book the ride with a reservation agent, call the phone number found in the ADA Paratransit Services Directory. The phone number you need to use is based on where you want to travel.
