Office: Strategic Services
Under the direction of the Section Manager of Graphic Services responsibilities include operation of color copier; creating documents from forms to booklets and operating various bindery, folding and laminating equipment. Includes scheduling copier repairs and service and light maintenance of copy area equipment. Supplying paper to internal departments. Management and distribution of forms, letterhead and envelopes to headquarters and all 9 operating divisions. Organization and payment of vendor invoices. Ability to perform tasks completely from beginning to end.
Qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Operating experience with high volume digital copying/reproduction equipment, including the operation of digital color copiers. Experience with various bindery equipment including: spiral combs, paper drills, staplers, lamination equipment. Computer skills include working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader applications including creating and printing Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader documents. Ability to work independently and with a variety of internal and external customers in a time sensitive, fast paced environment. Candidate must be organized, adaptable to changing priorities, have a good work history and be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
