Department: Long Range & Capital Planning
Under the guidance of the Long Range Planning Department Manager, this position manages and promotes Pace's rideshare program helping commuters to carpool and vanpool. Provide customer service via phone and email, answering questions/inquiries from our website, emails, phone calls and social media. Assist customers with ridematching and commute options as well as promoting rideshare opportunities. Create social media posts for Pace Rideshare Facebook and Twitter accounts. Maintain database of commuters, current vanpool routes and incentive usage. Conduct rideshare presentations or registration events at employer locations in the six county area working with other transportation partners and Pace departments such as External Relations and Vanpool.
Must have at least one (1) year experience in customer relations plus a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sociology, Business, Urban Planning or related field. Demonstrate experience with websites, Microsoft Excel and managing social media. Must have good communications and interpersonal skills and have community involvement experience. Ability to speak Spanish desired but not required.
