Paratransit/Vanpool Fleet Fuel Coordinator

Location: Arlington Heights
Office: Revenue Services
Department: Vanpool Program

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Department Manager of Paratransit and Vanpool, act as the primary contact for all fuel related reporting issues. Paratransit and Vanpool invoices have an estimated combined total of $600,000 a month. This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy of fuel reports, as well as identifying fraudulent activity on a daily basis. Other responsibilities will also include assisting the Vanpool and Paratransit Department with other various administrative duties.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and must have excellent written/verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. A good math aptitude and previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Must have a valid driver's license, with good driving record.
