Vanpool/Paratransit Fleet Fuel Coordinator

Location: Arlington Heights
Office: Revenue Services
Department: Vanpool Program

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Division Manager, Vanpool Services, this position acts as the primary contact for all fuel reporting issues for Paratransit and Vanpool and maintaining the accuracy of fuel card usage with a value of over $7,000,000 annually, as well as, identifying fraudulent activity daily. Distributes fuel reports to carriers and reconciles data daily, weekly and monthly. Coordinates and reviews video event recorder clips for distribution to agencies and Vanpool staff. Also responsible for assisting the Vanpool and Paratransit Division with other various administrative duties.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and must have excellent written/verbal communication skills and strong organization skills. A good math aptitude and previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. A valid driver's license with good driving is required.
