Sr. Oracle Business Functional Systems Analyst

Under the direction of the Section Manager, Business Analysis, must be able to develop business requirements, use cases, and "to be" business processes and then use those documents to set up, configure, personalize and support various EBS modules. Must be able to develop project plans, stay on schedule, and guide project team resources through a collaborative team building approach. Must have a keen eye for identifying operating inefficiencies and fragmented systems and data while leveraging out of the box software capabilities and searching for bolt on applications that approve Oracle EBS as the enterprise solution. Can develop test cases, test the configured module, and provide the test results to the business partners. Can develop detailed interface and data conversion specifications that can be easily understood and translated into technical implementations. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and support and upgrade implemented systems as required from time to time. The ability to develop reports in Oracle's BI Publisher would be a plus.
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and five years or more of functional analyst experience with a specific concentration in ERP modules over this time. Must have experience developing project artifacts such as business requirements, business processes, scopes of work, functional design documentation, test cases, project reports and project plans. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must as is the ability to develop and manage projects and schedules. Working in the transportation, vehicle or facilities repair business desirable but not required as is experience in Oracle's unified methodology (OUM).
