A Public Hearing Will Discuss The Proposed Discontinuation Of Nu Ryan Field Express Service

Pace proposes the elimination of service on Pace’s NU Ryan Field Express due to poor performance.

Tuesday, October 6, 2015
3:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M.
Pace Suburban Bus Headquarters
550 W. Algonquin Rd.
Arlington Heights, Il 60005

Any person wishing to comment on the proposed discontinuation is welcome to attend the public hearing. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to Pace External Relations, 550 West Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 or to our website, in the “Public Hearing Comment Form” area.

Individuals with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who require certain accommodations (other than transportation) in order to allow them to observe and/or participate in this meeting, are requested to contact Pace at (847) 364-7223 option 3 or (847) 364-5093 (TTY) ten days prior to the scheduled meeting.

All seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.  All passengers are strongly encouraged to arrive early at all boarding locations. If all seats are filled, extra passengers may still board but will be required to stand for the duration of the route.

The NU Ryan Field Express departs the Northwest Transportation Center (Schaumburg) two and one half hours before kickoff of every home game. Buses arrive at Ryan Field one hour before kickoff. See for official game schedule.

Return: The first bus will depart for Schaumburg when the bus reaches capacity or 30 minutes after the game ends, whichever comes first. Additional buses will depart 30 minutes after the game ends.
Cost: $4.00 per person each way. Now you can use your Ventra® Card or personal contactless bankcard for quicker boarding on ESPD buses. Riders may continue to use cash—only $4.00 per person each way (exact change is required). The Pace Premium 30-Day Pass is valid on this route. Surcharges apply for riders using regular Pace or Pace/CTA passes, and can be paid for only with Ventra transit value. Free rides for Ride Free cardholders and up to two children (under 7 years old) riding with each fare-paying adult. Reduced fares are available for qualified riders.
