Parking at O'Hare can cost up to $60 per day. Taking a taxi from Midway
can cost an arm and a leg. Wouldn't you like to have more cash to spend on
your trip by getting to and from the airport for just $1.75 each way by riding
Pace provides 17 routes that serve either O'Hare International (ORD) or
Midway (MDW) airports. Your drop off and pick up locations are conveniently located
near Midway's airport entrance,
O'Hare's airport ATS ("people mover"), or the
CTA Blue Line, which connects into O'Hare Airport. The O'Hare ATS is free,
while transfers to the CTA Blue Line cost $0.25.*
Bags ride free! There are no luggage restrictions on Pace buses. If you're
traveling with caged pets, they ride free as well.

Visitors to northeastern Illinois who don't have a
VentraCard can ride Pace buses
by paying with your
(if it contains a contactless chip) or by paying cash, with exact fare required
on the bus.
* If your trip consists of a transfer between a Pace bus and the CTA Blue
Line, that transfer price is cheaper if you have a
Ventra Card or if you have
transit value to your personal contactless bankcard. Ventra is valid on both
Pace and CTA. Transit value can be used to pay for rides on CTA or Pace, and allows
you to transfer between the systems for only $0.25. If paying cash, you will need
to pay $1.75 on the Pace bus and separately buy a $3.00 limited use Ventra ticket
to board the CTA Blue Line at all stations except O'Hare (or a $5.00 Ventra
ticket at the O'Hare CTA rail station).The Ventra system (including your personal
contactless bankcard) allows you to buy fare products, such as a 7-Day pass valid
on CTA and Pace, or load transit value. Ventra is valid on both systems.
Transit value can be used to pay for rides on CTA or Pace, and allows you
to transfer between the systems for only $0.25.
