Community-Based Service Along with the implementation of Bus Rapid Transit and express routes, Pace will improve its community-based services. These services allow passengers to travel directly to their destinations using public transportation. Community-based services come in many forms, including Demand-Response, Circulators, Flexible Bus Routes and Fixed Bus Routes. Coordinated Services Form A Mobility Network: Demand-Response goes the "Last Mile" Circulators speed passengers to local services Flex Routes vary destination as riders need Traditional Fixed Routes provide scheduled trips
