Job Description:
Under the direction of the Department Manager, Enterprise Client Services, or designee, is responsible for administration (including provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance) of enterprise systems including Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM (Microsoft System Center), Microsoft Exchange, Office365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, McAfee administration Desktop Central and other Manage Engine products; providing a high-level of customer service to non-technical staff; functioning as a team leader providing training/instruction, project management, and modeling the skills, behaviors and work pace needed from the team; managing user accounts, active directory groups, organizational units; creating and managing group policies; utilizing Microsoft SCCM for patching, application deployment, and reporting; administering all aspects of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Manage Engine, and the Oracle user administration; and performing other duties as assigned. This position is on call 24/7.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidate must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must have a high school diploma plus a minimum of three years of actual, intense work experience in a Windows local area network environment, six years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Must have working experience with microcomputer and local area network installations and configurations. Experience with Active Directory including user creation, groups, organizational units, and group policy is required. Must have a working knowledge of client/server technology, the Internet, and data communications equipment. Experience with SCCM and Desktop Central for patching, application deployment, reporting, inventory and software compliance is required. Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, including Exchange, Azure AD, Azure DirSync, PowerShell, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Yammer, Intune, SharePoint, and Office365 Security and Compliance is preferred. Experience with managing mobile laptops, cell phones and tables for updates and policy compliance is preferred. Experience with Manage Engine suite and Oracle administration is preferred. Must have a good work history. Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, be detail and customer service oriented, be able to respond quickly within a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality. Work is performed in a professional office environment. Work requires travel to operating divisions and other remote locations. Must be able to work long hours and be flexible with work hours including working on evenings and weekends and must be able to lift 25 pounds.
