An ADA Paratransit Ticket is $3.25 and can be purchased in booklets of 10 tickets for $32.50.
ADA Paratransit tickets are not yet sold through Ventra. They are available at Pace's online store, at the retailers below, or through Pace's Ticket-by-Mail program. For additional information about how to pay for rides on Pace, call Pace's Passenger Services.
You can purchase ADA Paratransit Tickets through Pace's Online Store. You will receive an e-mail notification with a confirmation number when your order is placed. Please check your e-mail 15 minutes later to make sure you do not receive an order cancelation e-mail. This will happen if your billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card company.
Occasionally you may find that your order does not go through. Some common reasons for this are the billing address has changed, you received a new credit card or you are ordering from a different device/computer then you usually do. In situations like this we recommend that you reset your user profile on our website prior to placing an order.
