The potential student needs to have a valid Illinois driver's license and go to the DMV or Secretary of State for a court-ordered Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Student only has to invest in a $12 MVR with no more than two infractions/tickets (and no red light-related infraction) in the last 5 years.
