Route 226 Temporary Bus Stop Relocation
Starts Monday, March 18, 2024
Due to a long-term construction project in the Villages of Skokieand Morton Grove, Route 226 stops between Oakton Street/Menard Avenue and Oakton Street/Gross Point Road will be temporarily closed.
These bus stops will not be served until construction is complete and the stops are re-opened which is expected to occur inNovember 2025.
Instead, passengers should use the bus stops before or after the construction zone. Unless otherwise noted, buses will stop upon signal to driver at any intersection outside of the construction area where it is safe to do so.
