Memorial Day 2026 Holiday Service Summary
On Monday, May 25, 2026 (Memorial Day), some Pace routes will operate on a Sunday schedule
Route 290 Detour Alert
Effective Monday, May 25, 2026, ONLY
Due to an event, Summit Avenue, between Prospect and Touhy, and Cumberland, between Touhy and Talcott, in Park Ridge will be temporarily closed between 9:00am and 12:00pm. As a result, Route 290 will operate on the following detour:

Touhy ↔ Dee ↔ Devon ↔ Cumberland
On the detour, buses will not directly serve the Park Ridge Metra Station. Passengers looking to access the Park Ridge Metra Station can do so on Touhy.
On the temporary route segments, bus stop signs will not be present. Riders can get on or off the bus at any safe intersection along those segments.
Please anticipate delays during this detour.
