Route 308 Detour Alert Update

Effective Friday, April 25, 2025, ONLY

Due to additional construction at Hines Hospital, Route 308 will be unable to operate on the detour routing that began on Monday, March 24, 2025. As a result, Route 308 will operate on the following updated detour on Friday, April 25, 2025, ONLY:

Route 308 Westbound Detour

2^nd Ave. → 17th St. → 1st Ave. → Roosevelt Rd. → 5^th Ave./Tripp Ave. → North Parking Lot A roadway → 8th Ave. → Scott Dr. → End trip at the Route 331 bus stop for Hines Hospital Building 128

Route 308 Eastbound Detour

Depart from the Route 331 bus stop for Hines Hospital Building 128 → Scott Dr. → 5^thAve./Tripp Ave. → Resume regular routing  

During this detour, buses will not serve Hines Hospital Building 228 or operate on 17th St. west of 2nd Ave., 5th Ave., Airmail Rd., or Tripp Ave. Additionally, B trips will be unable to serve Hines Hospital Building 16.    

On the temporary segment of the route, bus stop signs will not be present. Riders can get on or off the bus at any safe intersection along that segment.

The prior detour posted Monday, March 24, 2025, will resume on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
