Christmas and New Year’s Day Holiday Schedule
The following Pace routes will operate on a holiday schedule on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Route 422 Detour Update
Effective Wednesday, December 18, 2024
Due to continuing construction on Old Orchard Rd. in Skokie, Route 422 will continue to detour as follows beyond the previously stated end date:
Old Orchard Rd. ↔ Woods ↔ Golf ↔ Lavergne ↔ Old Orchard Mall ↔ Lavergne ↔ Golf ↔Skokie Blvd.
During this detour, Route 422 buses will not serve Old Orchard Rd. between Woods and Skokie Blvd. or Lavergne between Old Orchard Mall and Old Orchard Rd.
On the temporary route segments, bus stop signs will not be present. Riders can get on or off the bus at any safe intersection along those segments.
Buses will detour until construction is completed, which is expected to be in late 2025. Please allow additional travel time during the detour.
