Route 561 Detour Alert

Effective Saturday, February 21, 2026, ONLY

Due to construction on Glen Flora between North and Liden, Route 561 trips will detour in both directions as follows:

North ↔ Ridgeland ↔ Linden ↔ Glen Flora
 

During this detour, buses will not serve Glen Flora between North and Linden.
 

Please note that posted bus stop signs will not be present along the detour routing. Passengers may get on or off the bus at any intersection along the detour where it is safe to do so.

Buses will resume detour routing of North ↔ Ridgeland ↔ Jackson ↔ Glen Flora, on Monday, February 23, 2026.
