Route 606 Detour Alert
Effective Wednesday, April 15, 2026
Due to road construction on westbound Algonquin, between Busse and Dempster, in Arlington Heights, westbound Route 606 buses will use the following detour beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2026:
Algonquin → Linneman → Dempster → Algonquin → Resume Regular Route
Passengers will be picked up at a safe location along the detour route. Eastbound buses will continue to operate through the area as scheduled.
Buses will follow this detour until the completion of this phase of construction, expected by the end of April 2026. Please continue to follow the Pace website for updates on future construction detours in this area. Please allow additional travel time while this detour is in effect.
