Pace is transitioning most routes in its network to a posted-stops-only operation, which means that passengers may board or alight from buses only at posted Pace bus stop signs or Pulse stations. Pace believes that such an operation will help to alleviate bus driver and passenger confusion as to bus stop locations, improve route on-time performance, and facilitate shorter travel times for passengers. To request the addition, relocation, or removal of a Pace bus stop, complete the Bus Stop Appeal Form below and click Submit. Within approximately three weeks after receiving a completed Bus Stop Appeal Form, Pace will email its written response to the requestor if the requestor provided an email address.
