Job Description:
Under the direction of the Superintendent of Maintenance or designate, is responsible for building custodial duties including but not limited to cleaning the building and washrooms, grounds keeping, and snow removal; maintaining inventory of custodial supplies; and completing all required documents and reports for work performed. May make service calls and operate Pace vehicles, including driving Pace vehicles to the Safety Lane. Performs other duties as assigned. This is a safety-sensitive position.
NOTE: This is a bargained for position (Union) and is in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidate must be at least 21 years of age; possess or be able to obtain a valid Class "B" Commercial Driver's License; have the ability to operate all Pace equipment; be capable of lifting 75 pounds to waist height, maintaining and carrying that weight for a minimum of ten feet; and have a good work history. The performance of these duties may be required at any time of the day and night, any day and night of the week.
