How do I request a change to a bus stop location?
Pace has an appeals process by which you can ask to have a bus stop added, moved, or removed.
Most Pace bus stops are designated by a bus stop sign. However, on some routes, you can get on or off the bus at places that don't have a bus stop sign. You can learn more about which routes operate on the posted-stops-only policy and which ones operate on the "flag stop" policy here. If you have a concern about the location of one of Pace's bus stops, Pace has an appeal process by which you can ask to have a bus stop added, moved, or removed.
