Route 223 Temporary Bus Stop Closure

Effective Saturday, September 26, 2026

Due to construction, the following Route 223 stops will not be served beginning on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

All Trips:

· Touhy Ave & Mt. Prospect Rd (north side of street)

· Touhy Ave & Mt. Prospect Rd (south side of street)

· 100-180 Touhy Ct

· 200-280 W Touhy Ave

· 301 W Touhy Ave

· 500 W Touhy Ave

E and X Trips only:

· Eastbound Touhy at Elmhurst (west of Elmhurst)

All other stops on Touhy and in the surrounding area will remain open.

The stops will reopen upon the completion of construction, which is expected by early 2028.
