Route 573 Detour Alert

Effective Friday, November 21, 2025 

Due to the closure of 10th between Dugdale and Green Bay/IL 131 for construction, Route 573 buses will operate as follows: 

Route 573 Southbound 

• Green Bay/IL 131 → 14th/Audrey Nixon → Dugdale (End southbound detour)
• Buses will not serve Audrey Nixon from Dugdale to Lewis, 10th from Green Bay to Lewis, and Lewis from 10th to 14th 

Route 573 Northbound 

• Dugdale → Lewis → Belvidere → Green Bay/IL 131 → Resume regular route
• Buses will not serve 10th from Dugdale to Green Bay/IL 131 and Green Bay/IL 131 from 10th to Belvidere 

Please note that posted bus stop signs will not be present along the detour route. Passengers may get on or off the bus at any intersection along the detour route where it is safe to do so. Please allow additional travel time during this detour. Buses will detour until the completion of construction and streets reopen.
