Effective on the following Thursdays in 2026 ONLY:

July 2, 16, 23, 30
August 6, 13, 20, 27

Due to an event in Westmont, Cass Avenue will be temporarily closed between Burlington Avenue and Naperville Road on Thursdays in June, July and August between the hours of 5:00pm and 9:00pm. As a result, Route 715 will operate on the following detour on the northbound 5:35pm trip and the southbound 3:51pm trip:

Route 715 Southbound Detour

Cass Avenue → Naperville Road → Washington Street → Burlington Avenue → Cass Avenue → Resume regular routing

Route 715 Northbound Detour

Cass Avenue → Burlington Avenue → Warwick Avenue → Chicago Avenue → Cass Avenue → Resume regular routing

During this detour, Route 715 will not operate on Cass Avenue between Burlington Avenue and Naperville Road.

On the temporary segment of the route, bus stop signs will not be present. Riders can get on or off the bus at any safe intersection along that segment.
