Routes 208 and 606 Detour Alert

Effective Friday, August 28, 2026 at 7PM
 

Due to road work on Golf Rd. in Schaumburg, beginning on Friday, August 28, 2026, Route 208 and 606 trips will detour as follows:
 

Route 208 Westbound:

Golf → Algonquin → Arlington Heights Rd. → Higgins → Frontage → Woodfield → Mall Dr. → Woodfield Mall Stop → Resume Regular Route
 

Route 606 Westbound:

Algonquin → Golf → Arlington Heights Rd. → Higgins → Frontage → Woodfield → Mall Dr. → Woodfield Mall Stop → Resume Regular Route
 

Route 208 & 606 Eastbound:

Woodfield Mall Stop → Mall Dr. → Woodfield → Frontage → Golf → Resume Regular Route
 

Stops will not be made for westbound trips on Golf, between Algonquin and East Mall Dr. Additionally, due to the detour routing, stops will not be made in both directions on East Mall Dr. or Perimeter Dr. north of Plaza Dr. Eastbound Route 606 H trips will not serve Hyatt Regency Schaumburg.
 

Buses are expected to resume their normal routes at 7AM on Monday, August 31, 2026. Please allow additional travel time during the detour.
