Routes 272, 574 and Vernon Hills On Demand Stop Relocation

Effective Monday, December 15, 2025

Due to continued construction at Hawthorn Mall, starting on Monday, December 15, 2025, the Route 272 and Vernon Hills On Demand stop in front of Maggiano’s will be relocated to the south Macy’s entrance and, at the same location, Route 574 will return to serving its existing Hawthorn Mall at Macy's stop. 

Routes 272, 574 and Vernon Hills On Demand will no longer serve the temporary stop in front of the west Macy’s entrance.
