Routes 359 and 385 Detour Alert

Friday, August 21, 2026 ONLY
 

Due to a community event in Robbins, Central Park will close between 137th and 139th starting at 6:00 PM. Routes 359 and 385 will detour as follows:

Route 359 Detour: 

137th (Midlothian Turnpike) ↔ Lawndale ↔ 139th ↔ Central Park (regular route).
 

Route 385 Detour: 

139th ↔ Pulaski ↔ 135th (regular route).

During this detour, Routes 359 and 385 will not serve Central Park from 137th to 139th, and Route 385 will not serve 135th from Pulaski to Central Park.
 

On the temporary route segments, bus stop signs will not be present. Riders can get on or off the bus at any safe intersection along those segments.
 

Regular service is expected to resume when the event concludes, expected around 9:00 PM on August 21.
