David Pileski

David Pileski is a fourth-generation resident of Roselle and has served as Mayor of Roselle since 2021 and previously served as a Village Trustee. His municipal leadership has focused on infrastructure investment, fiscal stewardship, economic development, public safety, and long-term strategic planning.

Pileski is a past president of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference, where he helped lead regional discussions on transportation funding, transit governance, public finance, and legislative policy. He also serves as an Executive Trustee of the Illinois Firefighters’ Pension Investment Fund and as a board member of the DuPage Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Professionally, Pileski is a senior supply chain operations and automation leader at a fortune 500 MRO distributor, overseeing teams and complex supplier networks across the North America. His work emphasizes operational efficiency, customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and process modernization.

Pileski holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Administration at Northwestern University. He is also a member of the 2025 class of Edgar Fellows.

On the Pace Board, Director Pileski represents DuPage County. He also serves on the Board of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority.
