Natasha E. Jenkins

Director

Board Member
Government Body
Board of Directors
Term
2026-09-01 to 2031-08-31

Natasha Jenkins is a seasoned and dynamic Senior Attorney at Clark Hill, P.C., with a distinguished track record of resolving complex labor and employment disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. She brings a rare dual perspective, having successfully represented both unions and employers across diverse industries including transportation, aviation, healthcare, and law enforcement.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Natasha was an Associate at an international law firm where she litigated high-stakes employment matters under Title VII, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, and various Illinois labor statutes. Her expertise in labor relations was further honed during her tenure as Labor Relations Manager & Arbitration Counsel at United Airlines, where she led mediations and arbitrations under the Railway Labor Act.

Her public sector experience is equally robust. Natasha served as General Counsel for a Teamsters Local, advocating for workers in collective bargaining, grievance proceedings, and unfair labor practice cases. She also held key legal roles at the Chicago Transit Authority, the Illinois Department of Central Management Services, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois, appearing before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Human Rights Commission, Illinois Labor Relations Board, Illinois State Police Merit Board, and in both federal and state courts.

A recognized leader in the legal community, Natasha made history as the 108th President of the Cook County Bar Association (CCBA) and is celebrated as the youngest woman known to hold that office. Today, she serves on the Legislative Committee of the National Bar Association.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College in 2007 and her Juris Doctor from UIC School of Law in 2012.

On the Pace Board, Director Jenkins represents the City of Chicago. She also serves on the Board of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority and had previously served on the Board of Directors for the former Regional Transportation Authority.
