Terrance M. Carr
Director Carr is the former President of the Village of Willow Springs and a present Village Trustee. He is the past President of the Suburban Cook County Tuberculosis District as well as of the district’s medical facility, Suburban Hospital in Hinsdale.
He is President of a family-owned business, Carr Restaurant Group, working his way up from cook in 1972 to President today. He is also the owner of the Steak & Egger restaurant chain.
Carr is a UCP Seguin Board Member (since 1990) and currently the Board Treasurer. Other community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Berwyn-Cicero YMCA, serving as Precinct Committeeman of the Cicero Township Republican Organization, and service to the Cicero Special Events Organization, United Way Crusade of Mercy, and the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for which he has named 2002 Public Servant of the Century.
On Pace's Board of Directors, he represents Central Suburban Cook County and serves as the board liaison for audit functions. He has served on the Pace Board from 2002-2005 and from 2017 to present.
