Pulse Dempster, Routes 226, 230 and 250 Detour Alert Update
Starts Thursday, February 6, 2025
Due to lane closures in Des Plaines, buses will be unable to travel northbound on Lee Street and turn right onto Minor Street. As a result, eastbound buses on Pulse Dempster and Routes 226 and 250 and all buses on Route 230 will operate on the following detour beginning Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 8:00PM:
Lee → Jefferson → Graceland → Miner → regular route.
At the Des Plaines Metra Station, buses will be unable to pull into the station area. Instead, customers will need to access the buses on Minor Street. All other stops/stations in this area will continue to be served along the regular route.
While this detour is in effect, buses will not stop along the temporary route segments.
Buses will detour until the lane closures are complete, which is expected to be Monday, February 10, 2025. Please allow additional travel time during this detour.
